- Holds up to 34 full-size 18 x 26-inch pans on fixed lip-load wire slides.
- 120V, 60Hz, single-phase operation with 1.44 kW draw and a standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
- Top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer make temperature monitoring simple.
- Insulated 304 stainless steel construction helps retain heat and withstand busy kitchen use.
