Il Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC "Prologo" firmato De Fermo sfoggia, fin da subito, tutta la classe e la complessit del mitico terroir di Loreto Aprutino, comune in provincia di
Rosso rubino. Al naso è ampio e complesso; si esprime con sentori di marasche e prugne in confettura, note erbacee, cenni balsamici e un'impronta di pepe nero, cuoio e grafite. Al palato è vigoroso, ben strutturato, con un tannino ben presente ma di classe. Lungamente persistente.Il Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC "Prologo" firmato De Fermo sfoggia, fin da subito, tutta la classe e la complessità del mitico terroir di Loreto Aprutino, comune in provincia di Pescara, dove nascono alcuni tra i più grandi vini italiani. Affinato 2 mesi in cemento e, poi, altri 10 in botti di rovere, è un vino vivace ed intenso nel colore e vigoroso ed energico al sorso ed è in grado di regalare un'esperienza gusto-olfattiva carica di suggestioni.
Ottimo in abbinamento a un risotto con sugo di carne, si sposa molto bene con la selvaggina e la carne rossa in umido e alla griglia.
