Deze Superiore Barbera van 100 % Barbera combineert intense fruitigheid met levendige zuren, zachte tannines en verfijnde houtinvloeden — een ware expressie van Piemonte’s traditionele stijl.

La Pantalera komt van oudere wijnstokken en ontleent zijn naam aan een lokale traditie rond het oude Italiaanse spel pallapugno, diep geworteld in de Langhe‑cultuur.

🍷 Vinificatie & Rijping

Na een lange fermentatie met 20 dagen schilcontact volgt:

  • Malolactische gisting in 500 L tonneaux

  • Bâtonnage op de fijne droesem gedurende ± 7 maanden

  • Rijping in hout voor 18 maanden

Deze zorgvuldige aanpak geeft complexiteit, rondheid en structuur zonder de frisse zuurgraad te verliezen.
